Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large oven-safe baking dish, drizzle the olive oil and spread it evenly over the bottom of the dish.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano on both sides. Place them in the baking dish.
Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes around the chicken breasts.
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with half of the balsamic glaze. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts and tomatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the dish from the oven and top each chicken breast with slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle the remaining balsamic glaze over everything just before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves for added flavor and color.
