Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined.
Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream, beating until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy.
Fold the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture gently using a spatula.
Drizzle in half of the caramel sauce, swirling it into the mixture without fully combining, to create a marbled effect.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining caramel sauce and chopped nuts, if using.
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Serve with assorted dippers on the side, giving guests the option to create their own perfect bites.
