Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry the potato wedges for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the wedges from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
