Instructions
In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, molasses, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, pitted date, and chia seeds.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scrapping down the sides if necessary. Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk if desired.
Once smooth, pour the mixture into a bowl.
Decorate the top of the smoothie bowl with your choice of toppings: sliced almonds, granola, banana slices, mixed berries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra kick.
Enjoy immediately with a spoon!
