Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts and minced garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey (if using), salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Optional honey can be added for a touch of sweetness.
