In a large bowl, combine trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts.
Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and crispy and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
Once done, drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot as a delicious side dish.

For extra flavor, you can add crushed red pepper flakes.
