Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush the raspberries too much.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before removing them. Once cooled, cut into squares.
Notes
Serve dusted with powdered sugar and fresh raspberries on top. Pair with vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat.
