Instructions
In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
Once well blended, fold in the graham cracker crumbs gently to maintain some texture.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses.
For an added touch, sprinkle the top with extra graham cracker crumbs.
