Instructions
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, frozen banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey/agave syrup if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the coconut milk for desired thickness.

Top with a sprinkle of granola, toasted shredded coconut, and additional sliced strawberries.
